specialists, we function as a team and we take pride in providing

custom logo uniforms and/or caps to Hillsborough Pinellas, and Pasco

We offer domestic embroidery, digitizing, and graphic designing. Copy and Trademark Laws: By submitting your design file to TYS Variety Co, you acknowledge that you have obtained all proper permissions or licensing for the use of any logo, pattern or design protected by copyrights, patents, trademarks or other intellectual property rights and you hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnity TYS Variety Co and its partners, employees, affiliates and agents against all loss, expenses, damages, costs and legal fees by reason of any actions based on the infringement thereof. You also understand that it is your responsibility to proof the digitized design prior to production and TYS Variety Co is not responsible for any damaged garments. TYS Variety Co assumes when artwork is submitted for
an order that the artwork was submitted in full compliance with
the laws governing copyright, trademark and patents. Customers placing
these orders agree to hold TYS Variety Co and any of its associated
companies harmless for any damages and costs arising under these
laws as a consequence of use of such trademarks or logos. While TYS Variety Co acknowledges and understands
that all logos, patterns and creative art works submitted for digitization
are the copyright of their respective owners, TYS Variety Co reserves
the right to use the items listed below as a part of its portfolio,
case study, etc. (whether online or offline) for the purposes of
showcasing its embroidery digitization capability and quality of
work, and advertising for its service. Placing Custom Bulk Orders Digitizing Fee: A one time set up fee per artwork
or design is required by all customers who provide us with custom
artwork designs. Prices will start from $35 and up, depending on
the size and stitch count of a particular design. This fee is waived
if you provide us with your design already digitized. Minimum Orders: There is no minimum order requirement;
however, the higher the quantity ordered, the higher the discount
you will receive. Prices for Embroidered Shirts & Hats: Prices will range according to the style of the shirt or hat being embroidered. For a detailed price quote on embroidery only, please click here or email us with your specifics. Changes or Corrections to an Order: Changes
to an order already in process may be made depending on the status
of the order provided the customer agrees to compensate for all
costs incurred in changing the order. Customer also agrees to additional
production time if neccessary. Samples: Samples are made and provided after the digitizing fee is paid. Customers must pay for the samples plus shipping charges. Turn Around Time: Custom embroidery can be completed within the same day or can take anywhere between 1-15 working days upon receipt of art, merchandise, and approval order forms. Artwork and merchandise must be complete prior to being put on production schedule. For rush jobs, there is a 25% increase on the total cost of the job. Payment: A 50% deposit is required before any
order gets processed. The remaining balance is to be paid upon completion
and in accordance with the order condition set forth.
