TYS Variety Co. believes in working together with you to achieve the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction. We offer domestic embroidery, digitizing, and graphic designing.

Digitizing Fee: A one time set up fee is required by all customers. Prices will start from $85 and up depending on the size and stitch count of the particular design. This fee is waived if you provide us with your design already digitized. All customers will receive a copy of digitized disk if requested upon.

Minimum Hat Order: Our minimum order requirement is 6 dozen (72 pieces) of a single style and color.

Prices for Embroidered Hats: Prices will range according to the style of the hat being embroidered. For a detailed price quote, please use our Free Price Quote form and your inquiry will be answered within 24 hours.

Copy and Trademark Laws: TYS Variety Co assumes when artwork is submitted for an order that the artwork was submitted in full compliance with the laws governing copyright, trademark and patents. Customers placing these orders agree to hold TYS Variety Co and any of its associated companies harmless for any damages and costs arising under these laws as a consequence of use of such trademarks or logos.

Changes or Corrections to an Order: Changes to an order already in process may be made depending on the status of the order provided the customer agrees to compensate for all costs incurred in changing the order. Customer also agrees to additional production time if neccessary.

Cancellations: No cancelleatins will be accepted by TYS Variety Co. Orders entered into production cannot be cancelled.

Samples: Samples are made and provided after the digitizing fee is paid. Each hat sample will cost $7.00 before freight charges have been added.

Turn Around Time: Custom embroidery takes anywhere between 5-7 working days unless we're backlogged from previous orders. If this should occur, it shouldn't take more than 2 weeks. For rush jobs, there is a 25% increase on the total cost of the job.

Payment: A 50% deposit is required before any order gets processed. The remaining balance is to be paid upon completion and in accordance with the order condition set forth.
