2. What's the amount of pages I can have for my website?
The amount of pages you can have on your website are unlimited. Once your website has been designed as per your requirements, you can add and design your own pages for your site, or we can add and design for a small fee.

3. Do I have to provide original artwork?
We can provide both original and/or licensed artwork for your web designs.

4. Do you use templates for your web designs?
TYS Variety uses many sources for designing websites. Depending on your requirements, we may use one of our many templates or custom design one for you.

5. Do you design pornographic websites?
TYS Variety has the right to refuse web design services to any person(s) or business. TYS Variety does not design pornographic websites or any designs with violent content that may be offensive to most. We can refer you to other web designers who specialize in these areas.

6. Can I have a shopping cart on my website?
Yes, a shopping cart can be added to your website during the designing or after for an additional fee. Please refer to our pricing list at our home page.

7. Can you add a shopping cart to my pre-existing website?
Yes, TYS Variety can add a shopping cart to a pre-existing website. The cost depends on the size of the website, wheither the shopping cart will be used with database or HTML, and the amount of items that will be added to shopping cart.

8. I already have my website designed. Can you redesign it?
Yes, TYS Variety can redesign an existing website.

9. How do I get started?
You will first need to get a domain name (ex. www.yourname.com). TYS Variety can register your new domain FREE when you host with us. You will also need an ISP such as AOL, Earthlink, MSN, etc. An ISP provides your connection to the internet. When we receive your information, one of our technicians will contact you to go over your new web design ideas and pricing by email, phone, or fax.

10. What kind of information do I need to provide?
To get started, we should already have your information which includes: contact information, type of website, color schemes, graphics, pictures, information about your company, information on each item or graphic/picture being used., no. of pages and information being used for each page on your website. We will also need your web domain address, and FTP information for uploading designs to your new website.

11. Can I use any pictures and graphics for my web design?
Acceptable images can be in .GIF or JPG (JPEG) format. TYS Variety prohibits the illegal use of pictures and/or graphic images, logos. Please make sure that the pictures and graphic images you are providing does not infringe on any copyright you do not own. TYS Variety is not liable in the event that any pictures and/or graphic images, logos you provide for your web design are without license or are illegal to use.

12. When will my web design be completed?
Your web design may take as little as 1 day depending on the design. As you review your new web design, please note the necessary changes or corrections for each page. There will be an additional charge for any changes or additions to your web design that was not included in the original information you provided.

13. What forms of payment do you accept?
We do accept all major credit cards and check cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, PayPal). Payments are received by phone, fax, or regular mail through one of our Customer Service Representatives.

14. What if I need more information or graphics added to my website?
There will be an additional charge for any changes or additions to your web design that was not included in the original information you provided.

15. Can I change or update my website at any time after my web designs are
completed?
You own the rights to your web design. Once your web design is completed and functioning on your website, you can update your website, and/or change your items using an independent FTP service if you have an editing program such as Internet Explorer or Netscape, which usually is already installed on your PC. If you would prefer TYS Variety to maintain your site, there is a $15 fee for each change and/or addition made to your website.

16. Do you offer hosting for websites?
Yes, TYS Variety also offers website hosting at a very competitive price. Please click here for website hosting details.

17. Can you transfer our website from our current hosting service?
TYS Variety Hosting can transfer any web domain from it's current hosting company at no extra charge. You can also transfer your domain on your own using your DNS information for your website.

Advertising Questions

1. How much does it cost to place an Ad on your Business Listings Site?

2. How long will my Ads run?
The duration of your Ad depends on the type of Ad you purchase. Times may vary from one month to a year. Dead links will automatically be deleted.

3. What if I want to change my Ad?
If your Ad is a FREE Listing, simply email us so we can edit your Ad. For paid advertising, you will also need to contact us via email. There may be additional costs for editing.

4. Can I have more than one Ad in your Business Listing?
Yes you can. If you have more than one website, you can advertise all of them with us.
